Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is a business-to-business (B2B) service. You must be an authorised representative of a registered business entity, at least 18 years of age, and have the legal authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us of any unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Publishers report transactions through the Platform and advertisers fund the rewards and fees they earn. To keep that exchange fair to both sides, Cleso checks each reported transaction against the campaign's agreed terms before it is billed, and may approve it, reject it, or hold it for review, including for suspected fraud, duplication or data errors. The reason for each outcome is shown in the Platform. If you believe an outcome is wrong, contact [email protected] and we will review it.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged through the Platform. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
